Biography.
Karla practices primarily in commercial and property law, with experience managing large property developments, buying and selling businesses and business structuring.
Karla enjoys getting to know her clients and being able to focus on achieving their specific wants and needs.
Karla joined Carter Chung Law in 2015, having previously worked in the public sector principally dealing with residential tenancies. Karla began her legal career volunteering with Community Law while she studied at Victoria University of Wellington; Karla also tutored students in property law during this time.
Away from the office Karla can be found enjoying food with friends and family. Karla can often be found singing or playing the piano at her church in Whitby and she also loves to spend time exploring the beaches and walking tracks of the Wellington region, running and playing tennis.
